Only when the well is dry, we know the worth of water -Benjamin Franklin-
Climate change is
ocurring at a high rate at present. The adverse effects of this tradegy aren't just going to be experienced
in the future, because we are experiencing them at this very moment while you are reading this. Glaziers which
existed for thousands of years are now melting in various locations like Antartica, Arctic and Himalayas.
More than 700 mammal and bird species are losing their habitats due to global warming annually and more than
1 million species are about to go extinct by 2050 due to this catastrophe. How unfair is this? Millions of
species of animals are losing their lives just because of us humans. But even we won't be able to survive this
disaster. Because most of the world will become uninhabitable by 2100 and small islands and coastal areas
will be swallowed by the ocean. That means our human civilization will have to be concentrated in a
small area in the far northern and southern hemispheres. So, let's start to stop the destruction being done
by us step by step and achieve the principal goal of ending global warming.
